There are two levels of certification that IT Support 365 can help you acquire:

Cyber Essentials

This features an online self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) that must be completed and submitted to receive certification.

Cyber Essentials Plus

This certification requires the SAQ as well as internal and external penetration tests of the IT infrastructure that is in the scope for certification.
